TOWN OF ULSTER A fire believed to have started in a vehicle inside the garage at 37 Vestal Hills Drive in the Town of Ulster Tuesday, destroyed the garage, a Cadillac and Harley-Davidson motorcycle inside, and the structure, and resulted in heavy fire, smoke and water damage to the attached house.
