Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott shucked his suit for bluejeans, a Harley-Davidson shirt and a skull cap Friday afternoon. Just before 6 p.m., he boarded a black 2010 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, put on his helmet and revved his engine.
