David H. Lynch, Jr., of West Falls died Sun., June 13 as the result of a motorcycle accident in Cattaraugus County. The 50-year-old Davis Road resident was driving his 1999 Harley Davidson on McKinstry Road in the Town of Yorkshire shortly before 7:30 p.m. The Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office reports that Lynch failed to negotiate a curve in the road, and struck a guardrail and a signpost.
